It may seem like the country is one nation united under COVID, but depending on where you're based your new normal may mean different things. Take for example Louisiana, a state with its own legal code. This means every state has its own rules when it comes to what makes an essential employee essential, or what shelter in place actually entails. It also means you can't Google, 'What to Expect While Closing during COVID," and use an article pertaining to any old state.
